Before attending any class, all participants are required sign a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). It ensures that everyone is fit to engage in physical safely. Please take a moment to complete the form before joining us at the session. Your health and safety are our top priorities!
3. HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
To book a class, please join the PB Circuit Training WhatsApp group. Simply follow the link, and you'll be accepted into the group. Once you're in, you can easily secure your spot our classes!
